• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity, or on behalf of a third party without authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

15hbajee supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The following terms apply to all transactions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• All wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — funds may only be sent to an account registered in your own name.

• Odds in live betting are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is cancelled, only that leg is voided — not the entire slip.
• Winnings from bets placed using match fixing or insider information will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system is strictly prohibited.

• Placing bets using insider information that could influence match outcomes is strictly prohibited.

15hbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting false or fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.
• No account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Misconduct or harassment directed at the customer support team.
• Voluntary self-exclusion or deposit limit request submitted by the user.
